The Community Development Corporation of Taché (CDC Taché) is now accepting applications for the Biz Beautification Incentive Program (BBIP) 2025!

This program offers a 50/50 matching grant of up to $3,000 to businesses and social enterprises looking to enhance the exterior of their buildings or outdoor spaces located on main streets within the RM of Taché.

Eligible projects may include:
🏠 Facade upgrades or building improvements
➡️ New signage
💡 Exterior lighting
🌿 Landscaping enhancements

💡 Note: While total project costs may exceed $6,000, the maximum grant awarded will not exceed $3,000 per applicant.

Program Objective:

To support visual enhancements in main street business areas across Taché, helping to strengthen community character and promote local businesses.
