The Community Development Corporation Taché invites businesses and social enterprises to apply for the BIZ Beautification Incentive Grant. 

Biz Beautification Incentive Program (BBIP) 2023 is a grant available through the Community Development Corporation of Taché (CDC Taché) for upgrading the appearance of building exteriors, structures or exterior spaces in main street areas of the communities within the RM of Taché. Projects may include things such as building facelifts/upgrading, new signage, lighting and landscaping enhancements. The program provides selected applicants with a matching (50/50) grant of up to a maximum of $3000.00, paid out upon completion of the project.

Note: Total project budgets can exceed $6000.00 however the grant will not exceed $3000 per applicant.

Program Objectives:

To help make improvements in the visual aesthetics of the main street areas occupied by businesses in the RM of Taché. These improvements will enhance the character and quality of our main street areas which is good for business and the community.
