I was born in Winnipeg May 12, 1953, moved to the R.M. of Springfield in 1957 and started working for CN Rail in 1974. Married my high school sweetheart Glennis in 1976, moved to the R.M. of Taché in 1980 where we raised 3 beautiful and talented daughters, all who still reside in the surrounding area. After a 35 year career with the railroad I retired and took a job with the Landmark Arena as an ice attendant and then as Manager.
Since being elected I have given up the rink to focus full time on being a Councillor. I do not have a political background but I did promise the previous Councillor I would try and see some of his projects to fruition. Taché is a very good and thriving Municipality to live and work in, and I hope that I can make a difference.
