NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
On the date and at the time and location shown below, a PUBLIC HEARING will be held to receive representations
from any person(s) who wish to make them in respect to the following matter:
THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF TACHÉ BY-LAW NO. 01-2021 BEING AN AMENDMENT TO THE R.M.
OF TACHÉ ZONING BY-LAW NO. 10-2017
| HEARING: | Virtual Meeting using the services of Zoom© Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Public Hearing venue will not be physically open to the public but the Hearing will remain accessible via Zoom© to ensure opportunity for public participation and interaction as detailed below. |

| GENERAL INTENT OF BY-LAW NO. 01-2021: | The following text amendments to By-law No. 10-2017; as amended: 1.) Section 3.2.1: Shipping Containers; f.) Notwithstanding the above, in the “C” zones the maximum number of shipping may exceed 1, subject to Council approval. 2.) Table 3-5: Accessory Use, Building or Structure; 34.) Shipping Container in “RRW/RRE”, “VA” and All “C” Zones: “C” Conditional Use as shown on the attached “Schedule A” |
HOW TO REGISTER:
Council will hear any person who wishes to make a representation, ask questions or register an objection regarding this application. Individuals who plan to attend the virtual meeting must register by emailing the person listed in the contact information below by March 11th, 2021 at 4:00 pm. Individuals who plan on making verbal representation must also submit a written letter in the event of technical difficulties. Written letters of support or objection may be submitted by those who do not wish to make verbal representation or attend the meeting.
A copy of the above proposal and supporting material may be obtained from the Development Officer by contacting
the person identified below during normal office hours (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), Monday to Friday.
