The Planning & Development Department offers services to regulate and guide future growth and development within the R.M. of Taché. Services include processing Building and Development Permits, Variance Orders, Conditional Uses and providing planning and building expertise to Council, developers and local residents.

Applications for Variance Orders, Conditional Uses, Development Permits or Development Plan/Zoning By-law (Rezoning) Amendments from the Planning & Development Officers are by appointment only.
